That reminds that I attended another event, and by attend I meant I paid $10 to have somebody tell me to buy a $300 ARTSOURCE membership for possible studio access, but more likely, if you're in my professional aretistic range - you'll be volunteering to pour drinks for shwankers too.
Alternatively if you need a space to make-you-day why not contact SPACEMRKT and see what they are about. It's a step above hot-desks and what-not.
